Detailed instructions
Storage before use:
The mycelium should be used within 3 months of delivery and should be stored at room temperature until you are ready to start growing.
After harvest:
When the growing block no longer produces mushrooms, it should be sorted as burnable waste – especially important if you have grown mushrooms that do not occur naturally in Sweden, such as yellow or pink oyster mushrooms. This helps protect our native mushroom flora. The growing kit can be used to start an outdoor cultivation. Check out our growing guide for how to use a used growing kit for outdoor cultivation.
